Below we have outlined a few guidelines which cover some of the questions that often arise:

• The session fee is paid at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• The session fee is non-refundable, but may be used for a rescheduled session.

• We want everyone in good spirits for the session, so if you child is sick please reschedule!

• Bring your calendar, following the session we will schedule an appointment for 2 weeks after the shoot to review your portraits and place your order. Plan to be with us for approximately 1-2 hours , so we may assist you in making your portrait and framing selections. We encourage you to bring all decision makers to this viewing appointment. If you have small children it is best to leave them at home with a sitter or grandma, to enable you the opportunity to give your full attention to the selection process.

• Please allow 6-8 weeks for completion of your order. During the holidays all Holiday Card and gift purchases will be on a faster track!
